1) consent (art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR), particularly for marketing purposes of the Co-Administrators;
2) in connection with the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or to take actions at the request of the data subject before entering into a contract (art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR), particularly in the case of ordering the Newsletter service or in connection with using the functionalities of the Service;
3) compliance with a legal obligation arising from national and EU law in accordance with art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c GDPR;
for the purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the Co-Administrators, including responding to questions sent via the "Contact" tab and for statistical and analytical purposes of the Co-Administrators, where the legitimate interest of the Co-Administrators is the ability to conduct analyses and statistics of their activities resulting from art. 6 sec. 1 lit f) GDPR, as well as for the purposes of defending against potential claims on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Co-Administrators where the legitimate interest of the Co-Administrators is to defend any of the Co-Administrators against claims from third parties.
